Instagram Competition: Win a Weekend Villa Stay in Mykonos with Kennedy’s Group
Competition Terms & Conditions
Effective April 2024
1. Eligibility:
The Instagram competition Weekend Villa Stay in Mykonos is open to individuals aged 18 years or over.
Participants must follow Kennedy’s Group (@kennedysgroup) and My Blossom Travel (@myblossomtravel) on Instagram.
Participants must complete the entry form provided.
All entrants must provide a valid email address and accurate details to be eligible.
2. Entry Period:
The Competition begins on Friday, 3rd May, and ends on Monday, 3rd June.
Entries submitted outside of the Entry Period will not be considered.
3. Entry Requirements:
To enter, participants must complete the entry form with accurate details and follow @KennedysGroup and @MyBlossomTravel on Instagram.
Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent will be disqualified.
4. Prize Details:
One lucky winner will receive a weekend stay at a villa in Mykonos, Greece, provided by Kennedy’s Group in collaboration with their sister company, My Blossom Travel.
The prize includes accommodation for the winner and up to 6 guests.
All guests must be subscribed to the Competition and provide accurate details.
The prize does not include transportation to or from Mykonos, meals, or any additional expenses not explicitly mentioned.
5. Winner Selection:
The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
The winner will be notified via email within 4 working days after the end of the Entry Period.
If the winner does not respond within 4 working days of being notified, a new winner may be selected at the discretion of the organizers.
6. Prize Claim:
To claim the prize, the winner must provide valid identification and proof of eligibility.
The price is only valid for the month of June, 2024 and cannot be rescheduled once confirmed.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
The winner must agree to abide by the terms and conditions of My Blossom Travel regarding the villa stay.
7. Publicity:
By entering the Competition, participants agree to allow Kennedy’s Group and My Blossom Travel to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
8. General Terms:
Kennedy’s Group and My Blossom Travel reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Competition at any time without prior notice.
By participating in the Competition, participants agree to comply with all applicable laws and Instagram’s terms of service.
This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram.
9. Privacy Policy:
All personal information collected during the Competition will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Competition conducting promotional outreach within Kennedy’s Group, and will not be shared with third parties without consent. Participants may receive promotional communications from Kennedy’s Group. Participants can opt out of these communications at any time by following the instructions provided in the communication.
