Villa Aperitiva is a unique property located near the famous beach of Elia, with beautiful Aegean views. The villa is built in 2 levels that offers beautiful views of the modern pool and  the Aegean sea. On the outdoor areas the guest can find a private swimming pool with beautiful sunbeds, lounge and dinning areas.

Aperitiva offers 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 6 guests. On the pool level the guest finds a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, an open plan living and dinning area that communicated directly the turquoise pool, and the Master bedroom with en- suite bathroom, lounge area and a walk-in closet, with direct access to the pool. On the upper level the guest can find 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, that overlook the sea from the balcony and the outdoor Jacuzzi.
