Miramar is the ultimate Sea Villa in the heart of Tulum! Ideally located next to the start of Zona Hotelera and within a quick drive from the Mayan Ruins, Miramar has direct beach access to Boa Beach, a small bay right next to Tulum Beach. 

The Villa has 2 levels. On the ground floor there are 3 independent double bedrooms, 1 master bedroom with a private outdoor palapa and a space including a fully equipped kitchen, an open plan living area and a dining area. Upstairs, there is the last bedroom of the Villa along with a private outdoor rooftop lounge.
