Villa Catalina I is a brand new property located on the beach front side of Playa Hermosa right next to Santa Teressa and all the famous bars and restaurants of the area. Catalina I is a modern and minimal home that offers all the luxury facilities to its guest and at the same time blends seemingly with the surrounding tropical nature of Costa Rica.

The Villa includes 2 different levels and can comfortably accommodate 8 people. The ground floor consists of the fully equipped kitchen, the living room and the dining area of the house. The upper level features 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
