Marietta is a luxurious 7-bedroom villa in the prime area of Kanalia on the Southeastern part of Mykonos, overlooking Mykonos Town. This private property is a building of 600 sq.m and a plot of 5700 sq.m with furnished terraces and pool areas of 1450 sq.m.. The Villa can comfortably accommodate 14 guests and is divided into three parts. The entrance level, the ground level, and the upper level. On the entrance level, you will find a living & dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a guest bathroom, 1 double bedroom, with access to the pool area, and another double bedroom with access to a furnished balcony, both bedrooms have a Queen size beds, en-suite bathrooms, sea views with southeast orientation. The ground floor has two parts, on the first part you will find the fitness area that consists of an indoor heated pool, a massage area, and a gym, and in the same area, there is also a laundry room, one staff en-suite room, and a shared bathroom. In the second part, there are four double bedrooms with Queen size beds and ensuite bathrooms. The three double bedrooms have unobstructed sea views with southeast orientation and two of those three have furnished patios and access to the swimming pool & garden area, and the third one has only a cozy furnished patio. The fourth room has a northeast orientation, with a view of the backyard. On the upper level, you will find a guest house with a Queen size bed, en-suite bathroom, access to the pool, terraces, and a southeast orientation as well.

In the outdoor area, there is a large swimming pool, with many sunbeds, poufs, and seating areas. Also, you will find BBQ facilities that have direct access to the kitchen area, terraces, balconies, dining areas as well as a backyard with two seating areas.
