The Villa is separated in 4 different units, the main Villa and 3 Guest Houses. The main Villa is a 2-floor building; the ground floor consists of a spacious living, dining, kitchen area as well as indoor bar, and 2 staff en-suite bedrooms. The first floor has a spacious indoor lounge area, 3 bedrooms observing the islands of Paros and Naxos offering unique Aegean sea views and the 4th en suite bedroom has a northwest orientation. On the 2nd floor there is a Master Bedroom, amazing sunset views looking at Paros, Naxos, Tinos, Syros, Delos and Rhenia islands. Furthermore, the Guest House, is under a private church within the property and has panoramic views of the Aegean and the neighboring islands. The Garden house has traditional features with beautiful sea, pool, garden, and vineyard views. The Vineyard house is in front of the vineyard and has also very nice sea and garden views. All three guest houses have their own private open patio room space, kitchenette and en suite bathrooms.
