Villa Alessa is a contemporary stunning property, situated just some meters away from a spectacular sandy beach and 2 kilometers away from the village Arvi. Alessa offers full privacy and guarantees to its guests luxurious and at the same time unique accommodation.

Villa Alessa can accommodate up to 28 guests. There are two main blocks and an extra guestroom by the sea. On the entrance level, you can find an open-plan living room, a dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. On the first and the second level, there are one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and one bedroom with three single beds and an en-suite bathroom. On the third level, there is a master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom. As for the guesthouse, there are also two floors and one family room, and one additional bedroom, each.
