Helidonia can comfortably accommodate 15 guests plus additional staff members in their independent studio. The villa spreads in 2 parts and two levels offering multiple lounging areas. The first part is the main villa, and the second part is the guest house. On the main villa, on the first floor there is a living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a guest WC and a master bedroom suite with en-suite bathroom, lounge & dressing area, kitchenette & private terrace. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a double bedroom and a single bedroom which both sharing a bathroom. On the guest house you will find a double bedroom with en suite bathroom, sitting area and kitchenette, a double bedroom with a bathroom, a double bedroom with bathroom, sitting area and terrace, and a staff independent studio with bathroom and kitchenette.

The outdoor spaces of this villa are extraordinary. The villa facilitates an amazing infinity swimming pool, many lounge areas, sunbeds, BBQ facilities, is surrounded with beautiful flowers, shaded lounge areas, and all overlooking the sea.
